Owner / President
Keona heads the organizational structure. She is responsible for leading business growth, managing professional partnerships, contractors, and vendors, developing operational strategies, and achieving performance objectives. Prior to acquiring CIS in July 2025, Keona held various Director positions at a global multifamily/student living property management company. With over 15 years of experience as a corporate senior leadership team executive, Keona brings ingenuity, vision, and a new perspective to the legacy business.
MARK HALL
General Manager
Mark has over 20 years of experience in logistics. He oversees operations including all warehouse activities, personnel, and projects ensuring optimal efficiency and precision.
TERESA MARSH
Office Manager / Interior Designer
Teresa brings over 10 years of experience in the design industry to our team. She manages all front office activities, client relations, and project reporting while supporting sales and marketing efforts.
Eliana Fisher
Logistics Coordinator
Eliana ensures smooth coordination between receiving and client expectations. She oversees the end-to-end process of projects as well as maintains warehouse inventory and storage solutions.
Nancy guzman pinon
Installation Supervisor
Nancy leads our onsite installation crew at job sites. Under her supervision, projects in the field get completed on time and to the highest standards.
