Keona Lee
Owner / President
Keona heads the organizational structure. She is responsible for leading business growth, managing professional partnerships, developing operational strategies, and achieving performance objectives. Prior to acquiring CIS in July 2025, Keona held various Director positions at a global multifamily (student living) property management company. With over 15 years of experience as a corporate senior leadership team executive, Keona brings ingenuity, vision, and a new perspective to the legacy business.
MARK HALL
General Manager
Mark has managed logistics for over 20 years. He oversees day-to-day operations including all warehouse activities, personnel, and projects. His breadth of experience includes implementing standard operating procedures and executing client projects with optimal efficiency and organization.
Eliana Fisher
Client Services Manager
Eliana ensures smooth coordination between warehouse operations and client expectations. She manages all administrative activities, frontline communications, customer relations, receiving reporting, and inventory management.
Nancy guzman
Receiving Manager
Nancy runs point on the inbound inventory receiving process. She manages dock deliveries, inspections, documentation, and the proper handling of all incoming items. She maintains warehouse storage solutions and keeps stock well organized.
TAYLOR ELLISON
Installation Lead
Taylor leads our onsite installation crews at job sites. Under his leadership, projects in the field get completed on time and to elevated standards. He has successfully executed installs to precise design specs ranging from owner occupied luxury private residences to new construction commercial properties.
